Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews).

• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

• Participate in client discussions and learn stakeholder management.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Good understanding of IT/Non-IT job roles (added advantage).

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR, or Graduation with HR specialization (preferred).

• Freshers passionate about recruitment are welcome.

• Prior internship/training in recruitment/HR is an advantage.
