Job Description

Job Overview:

The Management Representative (MR)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize

    Audit Summary Reports

    and compile

    Preventive Actions

    for Management Review.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of procedures for

    Document Control

    ,

    QMS Auditing

    , and

    Records Control

    .
  • Prepare and issue the

    Quality System Manual

    and maintain master lists of controlled documents.
  • Control the issue of

    Quality System Processes

    ,

    Work Instructions

    , and

    Formats

    .
  • Support the

    QMS/EHS Manager or Lead

    in daily quality and safety-related activities.
  • Monitor

    work permits

    and ensure safe working conditions across the plant.
  • Conduct regular inspections of

    Fire Pump Room, Service Block, HSD Yard, LPG Banks, and STP

    to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Carry out

    risk analysis

    and implement corrective/preventive measures to minimize hazards.
  • Inspect

    firefighting and detection systems

    to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct

    safety and awareness training

    for

    machine operators, helpers, and other plant staff

    .
  • Analyze

    customer satisfaction data

    , highlight key dissatisfaction areas, and present findings during Management Review Meetings.
  • Prepare detailed

    MIS reports

    for both internal and customer audits.


Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

  • 4–5 years of experience

    in Quality Management, EHS, or related functions (preferably in automotive or forging industry).


Desirable Knowledge:

  • Exposure to

    ISO 45001

    and

    ISO 14001

    standards.
  • Knowledge of

    environmental regulations

    and compliance practices.


Authority:

  • To plan and conduct

    Internal Audit Programs

    as per schedule.
  • To issue and control

    department-wise controlled documents

    .


Key Skills & Competencies:

  1. Qualified Internal Auditor

    for IATF 16949:2016.
  2. Strong knowledge of

    Automotive Core Tools

    (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
  3. Understanding of

    ISO/IATF 16949

    requirements and

    Automotive Process Approach

    .
  4. Knowledge of

    Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)

    .
  5. Proficiency in

    Audit Planning, Conducting, Reporting, and Closing Findings

    .
  6. Familiarity with

    Manufacturing Processes

    ,

    Control Plans

    , and

    Risk-Based Thinking

    .
  7. Understanding of

    Product Requirements

    and

    Measuring & Testing Equipment

    .
  8. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
