Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our presence across multiple industrial sectors where fasteners are used. The ideal candidate will bring extensive B2B sales experience, strong industry relationships, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales operations from inquiry generation to order execution. Preference will be given to candidates from the fasteners industry , though experienced professionals from allied sectors are also welcome. This role will specifically focus on expanding business across the North India region . Key Responsibilities Inquiry Collection: Identify, collect, and assess customer inquiries from existing and prospective clients across various industrial segments. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and finalize quotations in coordination with the internal sales team and management, ensuring technical accuracy, commercial competitiveness, and adherence to company policies. Internal Sales Support: Provide necessary guidance, information, and assistance to the internal sales team for assigned customers to facilitate smooth communication and efficient order management. Order Arranging: Proactively follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and secure confirmed purchase orders from customers. Order Booking: Upon receipt of confirmed orders, coordinate with the internal sales team, who shall manage order booking, documentation, and further coordination with customers until dispatch. Coordination and Status Updates: Maintain regular communication with the internal sales team to obtain timely updates on production progress, dispatch schedules, and order status. Delivery Monitoring: The internal sales team will oversee timely dispatches and delivery commitments; the Senior Sales Manager shall remain informed of the delivery status and ensure customers are kept updated accordingly. Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-up and realization of payments in accordance with agreed terms and company policy. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and business growth. Market Development: Identify and develop new clients, applications, and industry segments where fasteners are utilized, to expand the company’s business reach. Market Intelligence: Collect and report relevant information on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments to support management in strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field). Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales. Industry Preference: Preferably from the fasteners industry; however, candidates with strong sales skills and relevant industrial experience from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Job Overview: The Management Representative (MR) will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) processes. This role ensures compliance with ISO/IATF standards, coordinates audits, manages document control, and supports plant-wide safety and quality initiatives to drive excellence at Tightwell Forgings Limited. Candidates with experience in the fasteners industry will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Organize Audit Summary Reports and compile Preventive Actions for Management Review. Ensure the effectiveness of procedures for Document Control , QMS Auditing , and Records Control . Prepare and issue the Quality System Manual and maintain master lists of controlled documents. Control the issue of Quality System Processes , Work Instructions , and Formats . Support the QMS/EHS Manager or Lead in daily quality and safety-related activities. Monitor work permits and ensure safe working conditions across the plant. Conduct regular inspections of Fire Pump Room, Service Block, HSD Yard, LPG Banks, and STP to ensure compliance and safety. Carry out risk analysis and implement corrective/preventive measures to minimize hazards. Inspect firefighting and detection systems to ensure proper functionality. Conduct safety and awareness training for machine operators, helpers, and other plant staff . Analyze customer satisfaction data , highlight key dissatisfaction areas, and present findings during Management Review Meetings. Prepare detailed MIS reports for both internal and customer audits. Qualifications: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 4–5 years of experience in Quality Management, EHS, or related functions (preferably in automotive or forging industry). Desirable Knowledge: Exposure to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance practices. Authority: To plan and conduct Internal Audit Programs as per schedule. To issue and control department-wise controlled documents . Key Skills & Competencies: Qualified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949:2016. Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). Understanding of ISO/IATF 16949 requirements and Automotive Process Approach . Knowledge of Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) . Proficiency in Audit Planning, Conducting, Reporting, and Closing Findings . Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes , Control Plans , and Risk-Based Thinking . Understanding of Product Requirements and Measuring & Testing Equipment . Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and process-focused. Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination. Proactive approach toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
