Management Internship ( Bangalore)

We operate at the intersection of healthcare, AI, research, education, marketing, and operations, giving interns rare exposure to real-world projects that impact doctors, hospitals, medical colleges, and global healthcare workflows.

The Management Internship Program is designed to give interns end-to-end ownership, not just “tasks.”
Interns work directly with the founders across functions such as:

• Operations Management
• Marketing & Growth
• Research & Academic Partnerships
• Product Strategy (AI in Medicine + Analytics)
• Sales & CRM Automation
• Content & Social Media Management
• Program Execution (AI in Medicine cohorts, FDPs, workshops)

You’ll be part of a team building the largest doctor-centric AI training ecosystem and a cutting-edge research analytics platform trusted by doctors from AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, CMC Vellore, and premier institutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Operations (Medxchange)

• Coordinate AI in Medicine cohorts
• Manage student onboarding, scheduling, and faculty interactions
• Assist in organizing Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for medical colleges
• Support communications with 10,000+ doctors

2. Research Operations (Chromanalytics)

• Understand clinical research workflow
• Help coordinate thesis analytics projects
• Communicate with medical researchers and clinicians
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery

3. Growth & Marketing

• Manage social media calendars
• Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp
• Support content creation (posts, reels, emailers, pitch decks)
• Work with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)

4. Business & Strategy

• Assist in developing expansion roadmaps for AI in Medicine
• Competitor analysis and business intelligence
• Prepare management reports, presentations, investor decks

5. CRM & Tech

• Update CRM tools for lead management
• Learn Google AI Studio workflows
• Manage automation pipelines
• Support our digital products ecosystem
