Job Description

As a Senior Associate End User Macintosh Administrator with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and providing direct support to end users facing software or hardware issues primarily in Macintosh OS environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Mac administrator handling macOS support - Provide minor support for Windows operating systems in mixed platform environments - Manage and support Intune, Jamf, or other MDM solutions - Oversee macOS and iOS device lifecycle management including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning - Implement and maintain security policies for Apple devices - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to device management, security configurations, and software distribution - Manage user accounts, configure new accounts, handle password resets, and troubleshoot login issues - Understand and apply user permissions, profiles, and access controls - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity - Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation regularly - Create and update troubleshooting documentation and written guides for consistency - Provide end-user assistance, address queries, and resolve technical problems - Perform other assigned duties with strong ITIL process knowledge - Utilize strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred - Proficiency with Macintosh computers (iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Studio) and iPads - Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, etc. - Solid working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM - Stay updated on industry trends and methodologies - Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Exhibit excellent attention to detail - Showcase strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities,
