Closing Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    business development

    through B2B/B2C sales and Lodha Groups network to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver consistent

    sourcing and closing numbers

    , with focus on cross-selling and customer retention.
  • Manage

    client relationships

    from lead generation to deal closure and handover.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends, competitors, and pricing

    to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

    smooth deal closure

    and

    customer satisfaction

  • Maintain records and compliance on

    SFDC

    and follow Lodha’s policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    4 years

    of experience in closing sales.
  • Minimum

    60% marks

    in SSC/HSC and Graduation/Post-Graduation.
  • Stable career track

    – at least 2 years in each prior organization.
  • Strong

    communication and relationship-building

    skills.

Sourcing Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through

    B2B/B2C calls

    and a strong

    Channel Partner (CP) network

  • Build and manage CP relationships to drive consistent business growth.
  • Conduct CP meetings for

    engagement, empanelment, and performance reviews

  • Support clients through the

    entire sales cycle
