Logistics Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Shipping Cost Analyst to support our global operations team. This role is responsible for analyzing shipping invoices (UPS, FedEx, and others), identifying cost trends, reconciling discrepancies, and delivering insights that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with carrier billing systems and a proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carrier invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards on shipping costs, volume trends, and carrier performance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify savings opportunities and optimize shipping processes.
• Work directly with carriers to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Provide detailed variance analysis of shipping spend vs. budget/forecast.
• Support Operations leadership in carrier negotiations with cost and performance data.
• Recommend process improvements in freight cost tracking, allocation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping cost analysis, logistics operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and/or DHL billing and reporting systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling); Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and partner with global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a shared services or global logistics environment.
• Knowledge of carrier contract structures and shipping optimization strategies.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear business insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,560.06 - ₹800,000.00 per year
