Senior Customer Service Associate Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role requires exceptional American English communication skills—both spoken and written—and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences for U.S.-based clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex support scenarios with confidence and professionalism.
