Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell the company's products. ● Handle inbound calls from potential customers, addressing inquiries and converting leads into sales. ● Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products based on their needs. ● Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, features, and benefits. ● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources ● Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner. ● Maintain accurate records of customers in the internal CRM/ database. ● Stay updated on product offerings. ● Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales, demonstrating a commitment to performance excellence.
● Responsible for achieving sales targets of the entire territory to achieve his own target. ● Responsible for door to door sales. ● Must reach on time for the Morning meeting (starting at 8:30 a.m.) well-dressed.. ● Responsible for updating DSR in software by the end of the working day. ● Responsible for distribution of brochures. ● Aware of products, area and competition ● Responsible for making customers aware about the plan, convince them to increase their interest in Excitel plans. ● Responsible for organizing promotional activities in allocated areas through standy, canopy, promotable sun packs etc. ● On the completion of sale, he /she would be responsible for submitting one copy of CAF to LCO and original copy to immediate TL along with self-attested supporting documents. (Docs will include Photograph of subscriber, copy of ID proof, address proof) ● Responsible for making good interpersonal relationships with existing & prospect customers.
