What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities :
Shipment Tracking & Coordination
- Monitor and track daily international and local shipments across Europe and the US.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses.
Customs & Documentation
- Handle and resolve customs-related issues for import/export shipments. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders when required.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate daily with logistics service providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners to ensure service quality.
- Track service provider performance and flag delays or service issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Europe and US office teams to manage incoming supplier shipments.
- Align with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, etc.) for shipping needs and exceptions handling.
- Assist in preparing reports and data related to shipments and logistics performance.
What you'll need:
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in an international shipping environment.
- Working knowledge of courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and international shipping procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially for customs clearance and shipping delays.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and shipment tracking tools.
Preferred
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes in the EU and US.
- Experience coordinating with global teams or remote offices.
