Logistics Documentation & Pricing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Management

• Prepare and verify shipping & logistics documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, Insurance, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs, port, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper records of shipping documents for audit and reference.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for timely clearance.

2. Pricing & Costing

• Prepare freight and logistics quotations for customers.
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, transporters, and freight forwarders.
• Maintain and update rate database for air, sea, and surface shipments.
• Provide cost analysis to management to optimize pricing strategy.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Communicate shipment updates to clients and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements in logistics documentation.
• Support in handling audits related to shipping and logistics.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on shipments, freight costs, and pricing trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of export/import documentation, INCO terms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and pricing analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and logistics management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication & coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in logistics documentation and freight pricing.
• Experience with freight forwarders/shipping lines/NVOCC preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
