Disbursal executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Disbursal Executive to manage and process loan disbursements efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, ensure all compliance checks are in place, and ensure timely fund disbursements to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify loan files and ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Process disbursements in the system as per company policy and approval conditions.
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and accounts departments for seamless disbursal.
• Maintain accurate records of disbursed loans and related documentation.
• Handle disbursement-related queries from branches or customers.
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory compliance (RBI/NBFC norms).
• Update MIS and generate disbursement-related reports for management.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and ensure smooth disbursal operations.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to loan disbursals.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan disbursement, preferably in an NBFC or financial institution.
• Good understanding of financial documentation and loan lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and loan management software (LMS).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of NBFC compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing bulk disbursals and data reconciliation.
• Understanding of secured and unsecured loan products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
