Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our MSME Division and take full ownership of driving

revenue, growth, and market penetration. This role demands a strong understanding of MSME

customer needs, business development acumen, and the ability to design scalable solutions

tailored for this segment.


The incumbent will spearhead sales, partnerships, product adoption, and customer success

for the MSME portfolio and directly contribute to Agraga’s topline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue & Growth Ownership:

Drive the overall P&L of the MSME business unit by achieving revenue targets and

accelerating market share.


• Sales & Business Development:

Identify, acquire, and onboard MSME customers through a mix of direct sales, channel

partners, and digital acquisition strategies.


• Customer Solutions:

Collaborate with product and operations teams to design affordable, flexible, and

scalable logistics solutions tailored for MSME needs.


• Strategic Partnerships:

Build partnerships with trade bodies, industry associations, banks, fintechs, and

government initiatives to create an ecosystem supporting MSME adoption.


• Market Expansion:

Expand client’s reach across geographies by driving penetration in high-potential

MSME clusters and industrial hubs.


• Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing MSME sales and account management team

with a focus on customer success.


• Data-driven Growth:

Use analytics and insights to refine acquisition funnels, pricing strategies, and customer

retention initiatives.


• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance to deliver

growth outcomes for the MSME division.


Key Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in MSME sales / business development / SME lending / B2B

logistics / SaaS / fintech.

• Proven track record of scaling revenue and customer base in a high-growth

environment.

• Strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem, challenges, and government/industry

initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to own P&L responsibility and deliver business outcomes.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with a growth-hacking approach.
