Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Location Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, and express banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the bank's branches.
Develop and implement strategies to increase liabilities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
