Role & responsibilities

Manager Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and business partners.
  • Drive sales through effective relationship management and field activities.
  • Ensure branch profitability and maintain healthy business mix.
  • Monitor and support advisors performance, ensuring high levels of productivity.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in Life Insurance Sales (Agency Channel preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and recruitment targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a team effectively.
