Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Location Manager, based in Nashik with flexibility for some remote work. The Location Manager will oversee branch operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage budgets, and drive business performance. Responsibilities include leading a team, addressing customer inquiries, providing training to staff, and maintaining operational excellence. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to meet organizational goals Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance Proven leadership and team management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Ability to adapt to both in-office and remote working environments
