Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Location Manager based in Raipur. The Location Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction, manage and train staff, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include supervising customer service processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, meeting budgetary and performance goals, and fostering effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, focused on Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Competence in managing and optimizing Budgets to meet operational and financial goals.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
