Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Life Insurance (Agency Channel) Location: Kolkata Company: PBPartners (A Policybazaar Brand) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in field sales (Life Insurance preferred) Job Description: PBPartners is looking for driven and goal-oriented professionals for our Life Insurance – Agency Vertical. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, activation, and management of insurance agents to drive Life Insurance business in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Recruit Agents: Identify and onboard potential Life Insurance agents from your local market. Train & Guide: Provide initial training and continuous support to agents on insurance products and digital tools. Drive Sales: Motivate and assist agents to generate Life Insurance business and meet monthly targets. Field Work: Daily field visits to support agents with lead generation, client meetings, and policy closures. Target Achievement: Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets through active agent performance. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agents for long-term business success.
