Life Insurance Agent

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential agents and partners to expand the network. You will drive sales for Motor/ Life/ Health or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency channel. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives will also be part of your key responsibilities. Furthermore, conducting regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth will be essential. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, specifically in insurance products (Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.
