Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent. The position is based in Hiriyur but offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting insurance products, building relationships with clients, and assisting with claims and policy renewals. Regular tasks include explaining insurance options to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and achieving sales targets through effective customer outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Basic knowledge of Finance principles as they pertain to insurance
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and relationship management
• Understanding of insurance products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Pension Plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in sales or the insurance industry is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
