Job Overview Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth. They act as the primary point of contact, address client concerns, , and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Manage operational tasks, reporting, and project timelines Oversee on-ground execution and ensure timely deliverables Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Relationship work 2. Strong communication and coordination skills 3. Organized, proactive, and a strong team player 4. Comfortable with Excell & word 5.
