Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent located in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the responsibilities. The Life Insurance Agent will engage in selling various insurance products, building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing appropriate policy recommendations. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction and staying updated on the latest products and financial solutions offered by LIC.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of finance and financial products
• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining lasting client relationships
• Understanding of insurance products, including life, health, and group insurance policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in sales or finance roles is advantageous
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
