Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager or Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure Service Delivery & Process Improvement for the assigned function/process. You will need to be adaptable to different work models such as WFH, WFO, or a mix of both based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day workflow of your team by assigning tasks according to available productive hours and productivity standards. Ensure daily productivity goals and client deliverables are met. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure these are reflected in the final work product. Update and maintain process/product related documents and maps for approval. - Conduct training programs, briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure team clarity on instructions and achievement of quality standards as per SLAs and KPIs. - Prepare and present management reports, including forecasting and variance analysis. Conduct interactive sessions with team members to address concerns and improve team morale. - Keep track of team attendance and assist in leave planning to maintain work balance. Conduct performance appraisals for team members. - Collaborate with clients to address concerns and manage expectations. Identify and implement process improvements or automation requirements. - Coordinate with HR, Admin, Finance, and Tech Departments to support team members. Foster a positive work environment and promote team spirit. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or post-graduation in Commerce, with a management degree preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in US Real Estate, particularly in Commercial Loan Servicing, with at least 5 years in a people management role. - Experience in product transition is advantageous. - Proficiency in various aspects of Servicing & Surveillance work in the Commercial mortgage domain, including financial analysis, inspections, covenant monitoring, loan setup, tax modifications, and escrow administration. - Strong English comprehension and communication skills. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, delegate assignments, and work effectively in a team.
