Position Overview

LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Use

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    and other tools to identify, research, and qualify potential leads within defined target markets.
  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Run

    personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns

    (connection requests, InMails, follow-ups).
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and book qualified meetings/appointments for the sales team.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (response rates, connection rates, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn’s algorithm, new features, and best practices for maximum visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in

    LinkedIn lead generation

    (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Hands-on expertise with

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B sales processes

    and lead qualification methods.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience in writing

    personalized outreach messages

    that resonate with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed lead generation KPIs and targets.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach.io, Lemlist, Reply.io).
  • Experience in

    multi-channel prospecting

    (LinkedIn, email, cold calling).
  • Understanding of different industries and ability to adapt messaging accordingly.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, IT Services, or B2B consulting industries.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Connection acceptance rate and response rate.
  • Number of booked meetings/demos with target accounts.
  • Contribution to overall pipeline growth.
