Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution:

   Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS using CleverTap.

• Journey Creation:

   Build automated user journeys for onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation.

• Segmentation & Personalization:

   Identify key user segments, behaviors, and triggers to deliver personalized communication.

• Creative Messaging:

   Craft engaging, conversion-focused copy that resonates with users.

• Experimentation & Optimization:

   Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and user flows to improve performance.

• Data-Driven Insights:

   Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness (CTR, conversion, retention).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   Work closely with product, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in 

  lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  CleverTap

   (or similar tools like MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage).
• Strong understanding of 

  user segmentation, funnels, and retention strategies

  .
• Excellent communication & copywriting skills with a creative mindset.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with 

  A/B testing

   and campaign performance tracking.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in 

  edtech / consumer internet products

  .
• Familiarity with 

  growth frameworks

   (activation, engagement, retention, referral).
• Comfort with 

  basic HTML/CSS

   for email templates.
