YOUR IMPACT We are seeking to recruit an individual into the servicing function. The group provides support for the full Transaction Banking product offerings including Deposits, Escrow, Virtual Integrated Accounts, and Global Payments capabilities. The candidate will have prior experience managing Servicing teams supporting Transaction Banking Payment Services or FX Transaction Flows with a strong focus on delivering service excellence coupled with risk management within a new evolving team. Job Summary And Responsbilities Manage the Client Service experience as part of the Global Transaction Banking Operations team, delivering client service excellence as we build, launch, deliver and evolve a suite of new Transaction Banking products for our Corporate Clients. Be service, control and solution orientated as we roll out a significant program of new and enhanced functionality in support of our offering. Support our new Service functions globally and help establish, develop, monitor and manage the service architecture that allows us to deliver this growing suite of Transaction Banking Services. Understand and support the FX Payment Flows and liquidity sourcing that are a key component in delivering our Global Payment offering to our clients. Develop and implement best practice to enable efficient movement of International Payments and the flows, payment schemes and the processes surrounding them. Lead the development of automation tools and systems that streamline analysis and reduce manual workloads.  Business Requirements & Leadership: Drive complex, cross-functional requirements gathering, documentation (including PRDs), and project delivery. Engage in maintaining and prioritising Product backlog to accommodate business needs. Build and mentor high-performing teams, establish best-in-class processes, and foster a culture of operational excellence.  Communication & multi-tasking: Articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Expertly manage competing priorities and deliver quality results within tight deadlines, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Requirements  CFA Charter holder or equivalent advanced degree with relevant experience in financial analysis.  8+ years of experience in developing credit risk modelling, financial analysis, or related roles within banking, NBFC, or fintech organizations.  Prior experience in developing credit underwriting and risk assessment score cards/models using computer vision (CV), natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI will be preferred.  Deep knowledge of scorecard development, statistical techniques, and interpretability/significance of model outputs.  Proven hands-on expertise in AI/ML model development for credit underwriting, especially using Python, R, or similar platforms.  Track record of successful product development from prototype through launch stage, especially for credit and risk management solutions.  Strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Excellent Data analysis, data visualisation skills.
