Job Title: Software Engineer – Front End
Location: Bangalore

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Front-End Software Engineer to design and build modern, user-friendly, and responsive web applications using ASP.NET Blazor/Razor and related front-end technologies. This role focuses on developing high-quality UI components, integrating with backend APIs, and delivering seamless user experiences across our enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in C# , HTML/CSS , JavaScript/TypeScript , and Blazor/Razor frameworks, with experience in Git-based collaboration and Agile environments. You should be passionate about building intuitive interfaces, maintaining clean architecture, and contributing to the evolution of our web ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ASP.NET Blazor and Razor Components
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure consistency across applications
• Integrate front-end with backend APIs and services securely and efficiently
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to bring UI/UX designs to life
• Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code following modern engineering standards

Collaboration & Delivery

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum team
• Use GitHub for version control, pull requests, and peer code reviews
• Support CI/CD automation through GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides

Quality & Best Practices

• Implement front-end testing strategies (unit and integration tests)
• Follow secure coding practices and participate in code quality reviews
• Contribute to design system and component library development
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing front-end applications

Required Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying backend services
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET (Core) Blazor/Razor development
• Solid understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and JSON data handling
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure App Services , Azure DevOps , or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or Material Design
• Understanding of front-end performance optimization and web accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience with SignalR or real-time web applications
• Exposure to modern design systems or component-driven development
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, bUnit, or Jest for Blazor)
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and OAuth/OpenID Connect
