Key Responsibilities Assist in daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance. Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to loan products, repayment, and services. Support the loan application, verification, and documentation process. Achieve assigned sales targets for loan products (personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, RBI guidelines, and branch-level compliance. Coordinate with credit, collections, and operations teams for efficient processing. Prepare and maintain daily reports, MIS, and records of branch activities.
