Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager – NBFC Location: Chennai – Ekkattuthangal Experience: 3+ years in NBFC/Banking (minimum 1 year in a supervisory role) Department: Sales & Branch Operations Reporting To: Branch Manager Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, sales, and team management. The role involves assisting in driving loan sales, maintaining compliance, managing customer relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and team supervision Achieve targets for personal loans, gold loans, and cross-sell products Guide and support sales officers to meet branch goals Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines and internal processes Assist in credit appraisal, documentation checks, and collections follow-up Requirements: Graduate (MBA/PG preferred) 3+ years of experience in NBFC/Banking Knowledge of retail lending and customer handling Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and loan software Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,145.47 - ₹44,042.65 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8714171027
