Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions at our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling office coordination, documentation, and basic customer service in a financial institution or NBFC environment. Key Responsibilities Handle front desk and general office administration tasks. Maintain branch files, loan documents, and customer records. Assist with customer queries and guide walk-in clients. Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations. Support loan processing, data entry, and documentation work. Ensure proper upkeep of office inventory and stationery. Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and internal communications. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and compliance norms. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance background preferred). 1–3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in NBFC or banking sector. Basic knowledge of financial products like loans is an advantage. Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
