Job Title: Branch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Oachira branch and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer onboarding, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing queries and offering timely support.
• Achieve business targets related to client acquisition, collections, and branch performance.
• Supervise and coordinate with the branch team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit procedures, and documentation standards.
• Support management with local marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or branch operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of loan processes and basic financial documentation.
• Ability to meet performance targets under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,210.88 - ₹23,093.14 per month
