Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Insurance Division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products to customers.
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns organized by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹8,709.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
