Legal Support Specialist

As a Legal Support Specialist, your role involves providing legal and compliance advice to the company on various matters such as contract drafting, negotiation, intellectual property, ESG, data privacy, employment law, antitrust, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like HR, finance, tax, and technology to address legal issues and offer proactive support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in defining and implementing Legal Support team\R2R objectives aligned with NBS Lviv OMP strategy. - Executing PDP plans in cooperation with the Line Manager and meeting Market deadlines for Legal Support Services. - Conducting Work shadowing, Training sessions, and Presentations for Legal Support activities to support new implementations. - Downloading, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting data based on defined Standard Routines. - Ensuring efficient cooperation at different levels of Legal Support Services implementation. - Handling technical support and resolving issues in collaboration with Group Legal and IS/IT support. - Providing analyses, documentation, and testing for process development and improvement. - Leading and participating in continuous improvement activities using Service improving techniques and data analytics tools. - Updating Standard Routines based on legal or process changes. - Ensuring compliance with Nestle standards and adherence to R&C matrix. - Demonstrating strong knowledge and experience in technical solutions, software used by Legal Support Team, and Excel. - Showing interest, knowledge, and aptitude for Legal operations, contract management, and related activities.,
