The position of Control Desk Technician at Nestl Purina in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts. As a Control Desk Technician, your responsibilities will include identifying priorities, generating and monitoring transportation orders in the system, and updating the Homologated plan. It is crucial to reconcile material flows physically versus in the system to avoid discrepancies. Ensuring that shipping documents are correctly filled out and necessary for delivery is also part of your duties, as well as obtaining the Proof of Delivery (POD). You will analyze material control processes and document control to identify areas for improvement and contribute to their continuous enhancement. Safety, both for yourself and your team, is paramount, and reporting any observed unsafe behaviors or conditions is essential. Your mission in this role is to manage material flows in the system, maintaining control over the work program, reconciling material movements against system records and/or documentation. Meeting delivery requirements ensures that the warehouse can carry out billing and supply processes with quality. To succeed in this role, you should have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate-Advanced) and SAP is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse processes, finished product handling, inventory management, Good Distribution Practices, and supply chain strategy development is also beneficial.,
