Legal Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Associate to join our legal team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent law graduate or a candidate with up to 3 years of experience, including internships. The successful candidate will support the legal department in contract management, legal compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks, while gaining valuable exposure to corporate legal practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Assist in ensuring compliance of company operations with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect necessary information for legal documentation.
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system for legal documents and contracts.
• Provide day-to-day support to the senior legal counsel on ongoing legal and administrative matters.
• Help track contract milestones, renewals, and other key deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or Master’s in Law (LL.M) from a recognized institution.
• 1 –3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment (including internships).
• Strong interest in corporate law and foundational skills in drafting contracts and agreements.
• Solid understanding of legal terminology and document formatting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
