We are hiring a Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in managing and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client campaigns and deliver results through data-driven strategies — all while being based in our Pondicherry office.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing).
· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
· Write effective ad copy and structure campaigns for optimal ROI.
· Monitor and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
· Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, trends, and algorithm updates.
· Coordinate with SEO and content teams for integrated marketing strategies.
Requirements
· Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
· Google Ads Certification is a must.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
· Excellent communication and reporting skills.
· Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
· Experience working with Australian clients is a plus.
