Legal Executive

Role & responsibilities

Drafting, Reviewing, Vetting and Negotiating contracts and documents such as legal notice, NDA, MOU, Service Contracts, Consultancy/Vender agreement and other legal documents.

• Experience in attending court matters, labour issues and filing cases before Courts/ Police etc. •

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, civil and criminal laws. • Review and recommend revisions to templates periodically, to reflect new requirements

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to support case preparation and advisory work.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases for trial, including organizing evidence, exhibits, and case materials.

• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and address inquiries and concerns.

• Assist in the development of legal strategies and solutions by analyzing and interpreting laws and precedents.

• Represent clients in court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys, including presenting arguments and examining witnesses.

• Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the practice area

Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on a variety of legal matters related to manufacturing and products.

• Manage legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Assist with regulatory compliance matters related to products and services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters related to product development and marketing. • Provide support for corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records.
