Job Description

Position: Legal Executive Location: Bhopal (MP) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities 1. Evidence & Document Verification • Collect the data obtained from field visit, Cross-check accident details with hospital records, newspaper articles, social media posts, CCTV footage, and local sources. • Identify fraud patterns, suspicious elements, delays in FIR/MLC, driver implantation, vehicle mismatch, and inconsistencies in statements. • Prepare RTI applications to police, RTO, hospitals, NHAI, 108/112, SDOP, court authorities, etc. • Go through criminal papers (Charge sheet) and analyse the documents, identify fraud patterns, suspicious elements, delays in FIR/MLC2. Data Collection & Reporting • Fill detailed Investigation Reports (IR) in cases as per insurer SOP. • Maintain accurate entries in the Fraud Nexus Master Sheet / Excel Database. • Prepare summary sheets, fraud points, timelines, and verification logs. • Submit reports within defined TAT and maintain high-quality documentation. 3. Compliance & Coordination • Work in alignment with IBNR SOP, insurer guidelines, and legal frameworks (IPC/BNSS/MV Act). • Coordinate with the QC Team, Business Unit Desk, IT Support, Field Officers, and senior analysts. • Ensure strict confidentiality of all documents and sensitive data. • Assist with internal audits, evidence organization, and client queries. Skills & Competencies Required Technical / Investigation Skills • Ability to read and interpret FIR, PMR, MLC, spot maps, challans, and legal papers. • Knowledge of RTI drafting newspaper search, social media analysis, and field inquiry techniques. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PDFs, documentation tools, and smartphone-based evidence capture. Behavioural Skills • Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/local language). • Strong observation ability & analytical thinking. • High integrity, discipline, and responsibility. • Ability to work independently and under pressure.Educational Qualification • Graduate in Law is preferred. Experience • Students in final year of their LAW graduation /Fresher, 0–2 years of experience in Motor Claims litigation cases or MACT Investigation, Insurance Sector, or Field Research preferred.
