Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Officer to join our growing health vertical team. The ideal candidate will provide medical expertise in claims adjudication, policy development, utilization management, and health risk assessment, ensuring that all medical decisions are evidence-based and align with our company’s guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate medical claims for appropriateness and medical necessity Support underwriting and product development teams with medical insights Participate in pre-authorization and utilization reviews Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal clinical guidelines Collaborate with providers, policyholders, and internal departments to ensure quality care and service Monitor trends in healthcare practices and outcomes Job Type: Fresher Pay: ₹21,336.98 - ₹85,847.07 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 11/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 12/05/2025
