Legal & Company Secretary Intern

Location: Ahmedabad

Duration: 6 Months Internship

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices.
• Support drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and agreements.
• Help in board meetings, AGMs, and preparation of related documentation.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities under supervision for compliance matters.
• Contribute to drafting and updating company policies.
• Assist in legal research and due diligence activities.
• Maintain accurate records and organize legal and secretarial documents.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: LLB/MBAs freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with eagerness to contribute.
• Integrity: High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
