Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our legal team at Thriwe. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts to support business operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks

Key Responsibilitie

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across various jurisdictions, including but not limited to NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Service Contracts et
• Provide support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including risk analysis and contract interpretatio
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and contract management processe
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) to support Contract Lifecycle Managemen
• Provide legal advisory on a range of business operations including corporate governance, company law queries, labour laws et
• Manage disputes and work with external counsel when necessar
• Stay up to date with relevant legal changes affecting Contract Law and Corporate Practice
• Maintain and update the legal tracker and repository, ensuring all contracts and legal documents are accurately categorized to ensure access for internal stakeholder

Qualification

• Law degree from an accredited law schoo
• 2+ years of work experience in contract law, ideally in-house or with a law firm specializing in corporate/commercial contract
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and complianc
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmen
• Ability to work collaboratively across various department
