Legal Associate

What You’ll Do

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, commercial contracts, general contracts, and employment agreements;
Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business operations;
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions Restroworks operates in;
Develop and maintain contract templates, processes, and policies to drive efficiency;
Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

LL.B. with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong experience handling SaaS and commercial contracts.
Exposure to employment law and data privacy laws.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to balance attention to detail and business needs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
