Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) About the role We are seeking a Legal Associate with minimum 1 year’ practical experience in corporate and employment laws. Location is Gurgaon, hence the position is limited to candidates from Delhi NCR. Key responsibilities Draft, review and finalise contracts and other legal documents including employment agreements, HR policies (POSH, code of conduct, BCP etc), privacy policies, ESOP grant letters, vendor/service agreements, investment agreements (SHA/SSA), legal notices and communications. Conduct legal research and prepare clear advisory notes and actionable legal opinions on corporate, data privacy and labour/employment matters. Take ownership of routine client communications: handle calls, explain drafts and close matters with minimal escalation. Follow firm SOPs, checklists and trackers to ensure quality control and timely delivery. Contribute periodically to the firm’s publications and client-facing materials. Required qualifications & skills LL.B. or equivalent. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate and employment law (practical drafting and client exposure required). Strong drafting, legal research and written communication skills in English. Comfortable conducting client calls and meetings independently. Compensation Salary Range: ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (This is the Net Salary (take-home, post-tax deductions) Other details Only applicants based in Delhi NCR will be considered.
