Role & Responsibilities As a Content Writer at Restroworks, you’ll be the voice behind some of the most impactful content across our website, product pages, blogs, and marketing materials. Your role will involve: Long-Form Content Creation: Write in-depth blogs, whitepapers, product documentation, and case studies that translate complex technical features and solutions into accessible, engaging content. Marketing Collateral: Develop content for brochures, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media that showcase Restroworks’ products and services in an informative and compelling manner. Industry Research: Stay on top of restaurant technology trends and competitor offerings, using your research to create content that positions Restroworks as a leader in the space. Expertise in Writing and Publishing Tools: Create, edit, and publish content using platforms like WordPress and Elementor , ensuring content is visually appealing, interactive, and aligned with SEO best practices. Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and meets business goals and KPIs. SEO & Performance Optimization: Craft user-friendly content optimized for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve engagement. Content Editing & Proofreading: Occasionally, review and edit content created by fellow writers to ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality across all platforms. Qualifications 2+ Years of Experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field, with a proven track record of producing long-form content such as blogs, case studies, website copy, and more. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Strong Writing Skills: A mastery of English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broader audience. Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to dive deep into technical topics, consult with subject matter experts, and turn that research into clear, valuable content. SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and tools, ensuring content is optimized for discoverability and user engagement. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams. Creative & User-Centric Thinking: Ability to take a technical brief and develop content that resonates with different audience segments (e.g., restaurant operators, IT managers, etc.). Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus) Experience working within the SaaS, restaurant tech, or hospitality industries . Familiarity with restaurant operations and technology (such as POS systems, kitchen management software, or digital ordering solutions). Experience with visual content creation (e.g., creating wireframes or working closely with design teams to integrate visuals with content). Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush , or similar content optimization tools. Why Restroworks?
