Position Title: Learning & Development Trainer Location: A4 Hospitals & Fertility Centre Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month Schedule: Day Shift Additional Pay: Annual Bonus Benefits: Provident Fund About the Role: At A4 Hospitals & Fertility Centre , we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care with compassion and excellence. We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer who can design and implement impactful training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and service standards of our team. Drawing on proven strategies from the hospitality industry, this role is instrumental in shaping a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and operational efficiency within our hospital. Key Responsibilities:Training Design & Development: Develop customized training programs for clinical, non-clinical, and support staff based on departmental needs. Incorporate service excellence practices inspired by the hospitality sector to enhance patient interactions. Prepare engaging training content, including manuals, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning modules. Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and effective in-person and virtual training sessions. Use diverse training methods such as classroom teaching, role-playing, simulations, and on-the-job instruction. Adjust training styles to meet the varying learning preferences and experience levels of staff. Monitoring & Evaluation: Design and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and training impact. Collect participant feedback and conduct follow-up evaluations to refine training initiatives. Keep content updated in line with best practices, internal goals, and healthcare regulations. Staff Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs. Mentor and support staff in their professional growth and career progression. Encourage a culture of learning, empathy, and service orientation. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all training programs adhere to NABH standards and relevant healthcare regulations. Maintain up-to-date training records, attendance logs, and employee certification status. Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with department supervisors and leadership to align training with organizational goals. Coordinate with external trainers or consultants when necessary for specialized programs. Who We’re Looking For:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies: Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Proficient in digital learning platforms and training tools. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with team members at all levels. Creative, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement. Personal Qualities: Professional demeanor and integrity. Strong time management and organizational skills. A passion for service excellence and a patient-centric mindset.
