Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Nagpur. The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of employees and students. They will work closely with faculty and staff to identify training needs, create instructional materials, and deliver engaging training sessions. Additionally, the specialist will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
