Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation)

Executive at Raisoni Group of Institutions, located in Nagpur. The responsibilities include managing and processing employee Provident Fund and ESIC-related documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The executive will handle payroll-related tasks, maintain accurate employee records, resolve queries, and liaise with government agencies for audits and inspections. Collaboration with HR and finance teams to support statutory remittances and timely submissions is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities1. Provident Fund (PF) Compliance
  • Manage PF registrations, withdrawals, transfers, and monthly contributions.
  • Prepare and file PF returns, including Form 5, 10, 12A, and ECR filing.
  • Ensure timely updating of UAN details, KYC verification, and member profiles.
  • Coordinate with the PF department for inspections, queries, and compliance audits.
2. ESIC Compliance
  • Handle employee registration and updating of ESIC records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly ESIC challans and returns.
  • Assist employees with ESIC claims such as sickness, maternity, and accident benefits.
  • Coordinate with ESIC officials for inspections, queries, and compliance issues.
3. Payroll & Documentation Support
  • Ensure proper deduction of PF and ESIC during payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records, forms, and compliance-related documents.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to PF and ESIC contributions and employee status.
4. Compliance & Audit Support
  • Ensure statutory compliance under PF & ESIC Acts.
  • Support internal and external audits with required data and documents.
  • Track updates and changes in PF/ESIC rules and ensure timely implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in PF & ESIC compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of PF and ESIC portals and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
