Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, located in Nagpur and Hinganghat. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and conducting property sales, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and representing Raisoni Group of Institutions in a professional manner at all times. The role also involves keeping up to date with real estate market trends and ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Real Property
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
