Responsibilities

• Explore new learning methods, tools, and solutions to enhance employee development.
• Manage training logistics end-to-end (sessions, invites, venues, materials, coordination).
• Own and maintain the L&D calendar, ensuring timely updates across stakeholders.
• Track learning data, prepare dashboards/reports, and provide insights on training effectiveness.
• Support LMS operations – user management, troubleshooting, content uploads, and usability improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development,
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics and reporting.
• Tech-savvy with exposure to LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
