Associate - Products

This role will be a part of our growing Platform Solutions Group, the primary responsibility would involve working in the Products Team, building Oxanes proprietary, tech-enabled platforms. The incumbent will be expected to take the lead on Product Workstreams, working directly with various stakeholders (Internal Teams, Leadership, Client Teams, Engineering Teams, etc). This role is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and provides a steep learning curve in the evolving landscape of Private Markets. This role presents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to play a key role in product development and establish themselves as the subject matter expert within a world-class solutions company. Key Responsibilities: Manage product roadmap, and requirements, gathering internal & customer feedback and prioritizing features for Oxane Platform. Act as Product Owner for Platform features, working closely with the engineering teamo You will define and execute the technical roadmap for our Platforms Engage Internal teams/customers/prospects to identify market needs, define requirements Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the product - o Support our Sales team with product pitch and demos for client Required Experience/Skill Set: MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with a major in Finance/IT and similar streams. Prior development/IT experience would be preferred. Strong acumen for engineering technology-driven solutions will be preferred Good attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze qualitative and quantitative data Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels Professional, positive, collegial demeanor; collaborative relationship builder who contributes skills and knowledge to the larger team Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Acumen in project management and planning with experience in project management • Great written and verbal communication Good understanding of financial concepts and understanding of Excel, Macros & SQL (must have intermediate level
